The Aleppo soap gives the hair a natural shine and makes it soft but still manageable. The hair is easier to comb than with shampoos, so that in most cases a subsequent conditioner is no longer necessary. The scalp is cared for and free of dandruff.

Aleppo hair soap application
- Rinse the hair thoroughly with warm water. Lather the Aleppo soap in your hand with water. Massage the lathered soap bar directly onto the scalp. Distribute the lather well in the hair. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. If necessary, lather the hair a second time and rinse.
- Then rinse your hair with an acidic rinse. Add 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to one liter of water. This will remove limescale and soap residue, smooth the hair structure and give the hair more shine. It is not necessary to rinse out the rinse.
Composition:
Sodium Olivate (Saponified Olive Oil), Sodium Laurelate (Saponified Laurel Oil), Aqua (Water), Glycerin, Sodium Chloride (Sodium Chloride), Sodium Hydroxide.
My hair looks greasy after using Aleppo soap. What can I do?
We recommend two washes, especially for longer hair. The second time, the soap lathers much more and the excess oil is removed.
Do I always have to do an acid rinse afterwards?
Yes. Soaps are alkaline. To smooth the hair structure and prevent it from drying out, you should always do an acidic rinse afterwards.
What is the difference to normal Aleppo soap?
The only difference is the proportion of laurel oil. The higher proportion of 30% is particularly good for flaky scalps. But Aleppo soap with 12% laurel oil is also suitable for hair. Aleppo hair soap is also good for cleansing the skin.
What does 0% superfatting mean?
This means that the olive and laurel oil used have been completely saponified. So you don't have to worry about the oils weighing down your hair or making it look greasy.
Why is glycerin included as an ingredient? Doesn't it dry out the skin?
The glycerin is created automatically during saponification. The special thing about Aleppo soaps is that the glycerin is washed out with the help of table salt after saponification. Since residues remain in the soap, we have listed it as an ingredient. In such a low concentration, it has no drying effect.
Why does the large block look different than the 100g size?
The large block is made traditionally and by hand. The slightly solidified soap mass is cut into blocks by hand, the soaps are stacked and dried for nine months. For the smaller size, the soaps are chopped into soap flakes after drying and pressed into a handy shape by machine.
