Application

Alum stone is Recommended for daily use and replaces a conventional deodorant. After washing, spray the liquid alum stone onto clean, dry armpits. Do not use on damaged skin.

How does alum work as a deodorant?

Alum is a bitter clay salt. It has an astringent effect on the skin and thus reduces the flow of sweat. The naturally occurring sulfate is hygroscopic (attracts water) and binds the remaining sweat.
